Pick up from 3:00 to 3:30 am in private mobility from your hotels to go to the town of Chivay where we will have our BUFFET breakfast, then we will go to the Cruz del Cóndor where we will observe the spectacular flight of the condors and the depth of the Canyon remaining in this place 1 hour approx. We will continue on the bus to Cabanaconde (30 minutes) where our walk will begin. We start the walk descending approximately 1,000 meters to the height of the Colca river, to later go up to visit the first peasant community of San Juan de Chuccho, it is a 4-hour walk (lunch), we continue our journey to Cosñirhua, Malata, we descend again to cross the Sangalle suspension bridge to reach the Oasis where you can enjoy your pool, dinner and spend the night in bungalows.
5:00 a.m. We leave the Oasis for approximately 4 hours of ascent to the town of Cabanaconde. We have breakfast and then return by tourist bus to Chivay on the way we will make stops at the main viewpoints and traditional towns. We arrive at the town of Chivay to visit the thermal baths LA CALERA then we will have the last lunch to return to the City of Arequipa. Arrival Arequipa approximately 5:30pm.
What to Bring?: Water, Medium backpack, special hiking shoes, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, warm clothes, flashlight and batteries, bathing suit, a personal towel, toilet paper and sandals.
After the tour you can take a walk through the Plaza de Armas and its surroundings, where you can appreciate the work of Cusco artisans in the craft stores. You can also taste the famous and unmatched Peruvian cuisine in the nearby restaurants or you can simply take a break on one of the benches in the Plaza de Armas and appreciate the panorama and take the classic photo to remember in a warm atmosphere despite the cold of the Cusco nights. And if you like the night around the square you will find many clubs and bars full of tourists and locals waiting to have fun.
